Constructed with a balance of polymer and full-metal components, the H-15 replicates the build of a real-world assault rifle. The collapsible HERA ARMS CCS stock, PTS EPG-C pistol grip, and magazine are manufactured from impact-resistant polymer, while the chassis, barrel, M-Rail handguard, and Retro Arms trigger are crafted from metal for rugged durability and realism.

Internally, the H-15 CQB is driven by the renowned EVO system featuring a cutting-edge Electronic Control Unit (ECU) with MOSFET.
