ROME barricade stop with a quick-mount Picatinny interface, hard-anodised 6082 aluminium body and stainless-steel contact tips. Designed to provide a firm support point when shooting from suitable barricades and other stable surfaces.

Product Description

The ROME ARO209 Barricade Stop is a robust shooting support accessory designed for installation on a compatible Picatinny rail.

Its QM Quick Mount system allows the barricade stop to be installed or removed without a conventional fixed screw attachment. Stainless-steel contact tips are positioned on the forward and side surfaces, providing secure contact when the rifle is supported against a suitable barricade.

The main body is machined from 6082 lightweight aluminium alloy and finished with hard-black anodising. The ARO209 can be used with different rifle platforms equipped with a correctly dimensioned Picatinny mounting rail.

Compatibility

The ARO209 is not restricted to a particular Victrix rifle. It can be fitted to a correctly dimensioned Picatinny rail with sufficient clearance for the QM clamping mechanism.

Fitment to Weaver rails should only be advertised after checking the individual rail’s slot dimensions and clamp engagement.

Important Use Notice

Confirm that the QM lever is fully locked and that the barricade stop cannot move along the rail before use.

The stainless-steel tips may mark wood or other barricade surfaces. Only use the accessory against safe, stable surfaces where this type of contact is permitted.

The mounting position must not obstruct the barrel, bipod, sling, operating controls or the shooter’s supporting hand.
