Short Description

The PARD Pantera 256 Mini 25mm is a compact thermal riflescope with a traditional 30 mm tube design. It features a 256 × 192 VOx sensor, ≤15 mK thermal sensitivity, 3.6× optical magnification and a 1920 × 1080 OLED display. Its lightweight 500 g body is rated IP67 and withstands recoil energy up to 6,000 joules.

Product Description

The PARD Pantera 256 Mini delivers practical thermal performance in a compact riflescope that feels familiar on a hunting rifle.

Its standard 30 mm tube works with suitable conventional scope rings, while the side-focus control allows the image to be adjusted without changing the shooting position.

A sensitive 256 × 192 thermal sensor with a 12 μm pixel pitch and NETD of ≤15 mK helps reveal animals and other heat sources in low-contrast conditions. The 25 mm objective provides a useful balance between field of view, magnification and detection distance.

The uncooled VOx sensor detects small differences in temperature, producing better target separation in difficult conditions such as mist, humidity and low thermal contrast.

PARD’s IREA image-processing engine optimises the thermal image before displaying it on the high-resolution OLED screen.

25 mm Objective and 3.6× Magnification

The 25 mm objective provides 3.6× native optical magnification, making the Pantera 256 Mini suitable for general hunting and field observation.

Digital magnification settings of 2×, 4×, 6× and 8× are available when a closer view is required.

High-Resolution OLED Display

The 1920 × 1080 OLED display provides a clear viewing image with a smooth 50 Hz refresh rate. Six thermal colour palettes allow the display to be adapted to the environment and the shooter’s preference.

Detection and Ballistic Functions

The Pantera 256 Mini offers a stated detection range of up to 1,200 metres under suitable conditions. Detection range should not be confused with positive identification or practical shooting distance.

An onboard ballistic calculator is included. This model does not have an integrated laser rangefinder.

Recording and Connectivity

Capture photos and videos in 1920 × 1080 resolution. Recordings can be stored on a microSD card with a supported capacity of up to 128 GB.

Wi-Fi connectivity and support for the PardVision2 app provide access to compatible mobile functions. A USB-C connection is provided for charging and data transfer.

Compact and Field Ready

The 500 g body is rated IP67 for protection against dust and water. It is designed to withstand recoil energy up to 6,000 joules and operate in temperatures from −30 °C to +55 °C.

A removable 18650 lithium-ion battery provides up to approximately five hours of operating time, depending on temperature, settings and feature use.
