First Focal Plane VE-RDF Reticle

The Orion Pro Max 6-24×50 FFP uses a first focal plane (FFP) reticle. Therefore, the reticle changes size in proportion to the image as you adjust magnification. This allows the reticle’s subtensions to remain consistent across the magnification range, making the 1 MOA hashmark increments useful for reference at different power settings.

Furthermore, the 0.25 MOA centre dot provides a defined aiming reference. The VE-RDF reticle is designed to support BDC references and ranging, giving shooters useful information within the reticle layout.

HD Optics for Bright Images

The Orion Pro Max scope features a 30mm monotube with a stated elevation adjustment range of 80 MOA and a windage adjustment range of 60 MOA. Each click represents 1/4 MOA, allowing for incremental adjustments.

Additionally, the zero-stop function helps you return to a preset zero point after making elevation changes. The turret lock helps prevent accidental adjustments during handling or transport.
