Merkel Latch – 5007 267
The Merkel Latch is a factory replacement component identified by part number 5007 267. It is intended for use in a compatible Merkel firearm mechanism.
Compatibility warning
The 5007-series numbering is generally associated with the Merkel RX Helix parts family. However, I could not find part 5007 267 in Merkel’s publicly available RX Helix exploded-parts diagram.
The older diagram identifies a different component as:
- Latch: 5007 120
- Diagram position: 46
Part 5007 267 may therefore be a later replacement, revised component or latch used in a different assembly. RX Helix compatibility should not be advertised as confirmed without verification from Merkel or the importer.
