Package Contents and Additional Installation Items

Each package includes only the products, quantities and cable lengths expressly listed. Customers must check that these meet their installation requirements before ordering.

Any additional items required—including extra cable, connectors, conduit, trunking, brackets, junction boxes, network equipment, monitors or backup power—must be purchased separately unless specifically listed as included.

Cable requirements depend on the property layout and actual installation route. Please measure the full route, allowing for corners, vertical runs and connection slack.

Installation labour and tools are excluded unless expressly included in the quotation. Any additional items or work supplied by 360Arms will be quoted separately for the customer’s approval before charges are incurred. This does not limit customers’ rights regarding goods that are defective, incorrectly supplied or unsuitable for a purpose expressly agreed with us.
