Ultimate silence 3D – 131

This is the ultimate ultra-light silencer for use with standard calibers. The construction is so light that it is almost unnoticeable on the weapon. This model weighs only 131 grams and gives an unprecedented “suppression to weight ratio”. The 131 is well suited for lightweight guns as well as active shooting where the balance of the gun is of greatest importance. Its small diameter and slim shape are ideal for those who use scopes with low magnification for rapid target acquisition as it covers only a small part of the field of view when looking through the scope. Being front mounted it can in most cases be used with open sights.

Although our silencers are versatile, they also have their specialties. This way you can choose the best silencer for your need. Our well known Featherweight series offers silencers for every occasion.

An unique feature of our Featherweight suppressors is that they can be opened easily without tools. Not only does this make them easy to maintain and clean, but also allows for other unique benefits. Like fast cooldown between series at the shooting range. Fast drying after shooting or after hunting in rainy weather. This way you can store the suppressor on the rifle and still avoid corrosion.

Material is also of vital importance therefore we use 5 grade Titanium on the core and threads and high-strength aerospace aluminum with 35 μm hard anodizing for the housing, baffle stack and baffle stack tube in all our suppressors.

ultimate Silence - 3D

The Ultimate Silence 3D technology with its 3D printed Grade 5 Titanium core, pushes silencer design into a new era with its unique patent pending baffle design. The “selective laser sintering” technology used to make the core of the silencers allows for a new level of design freedom that can produce highly effective aerodynamic baffles in Titanium.

The result is compact silencers with incomparable suppression to weight ratio. All the baffles are made of robust and wear resistant grade 5 Titanium.

Other unique features are:

Wedge brake technology // This innovative internal muzzle brake effectively traps the combustion gases and reduces the recoil.

Thread tightening // The baffle design causes the gases to spin inside the silencer. As this happens a counter-rotating momentum is transferred to the silencer. This again helps to keep the silencer tight on the barrel.

Mirage control // The design, low weight, and thermal properties of the Titanium used in the

silencer, combined with the thicker outer walls in Aluminum alloy promotes slow heating and faster cooling.

ultimate Silence - 3D
FRONT MOUNT

Freyr & Devik is synonymous with efficient, elegant, and ultra-light silencers with an unprecedented suppression to weight ratio. Here form and function join to make a silencer that harmonizes with the classic lines of the hunting rifle. The elegant, curved shape is also highly functional. It contributes to the low weight of the silencer and at the same time allows it to glide through vegetation. This unique design is honoured with the prestigious RedDot design award.

The Ultimate silence 3D Front Mount suppressors owe their light weight to the unique internal construction and the efficient UTS type 3D printed Titanium baffle-stack. The Ultimate Silence 3D FM series is a series of specialist silencers, each optimized for the specific needs a hunter has. These silencers are still versatile. But which silencer is right for you?

Ultimate silence 3D - 200 fm

This is an ultralight silencer suited for standard to magnum calibers. Even though it weighs only 200 grams it is suited for larger magnums up to the 338 Lapua magnum. It is front mount and extends 156 mm in front of the muzzle. It still has suppression level that until now has been reserved to much larger and heavier silencers. This is the silencer for
those that want a light and compact silencer for their magnum without sacrificing much suppression. The 200 FM is the one to have when handleability is important like when stalking in the forest.

Ultimate silence 3D - 250 FM

This is a different approach to silencer design. It is an ultralight rather long front mount silencer.
It will give you an exceptionally silent gun with minimum recoil and muzzle flash. It will give a long gun with good swing and shoot-ability but not front heavy, more like a well-balanced shotgun. A longer gun is quite beneficial in many shooting situations.

Most target shooters both shotgun and precision shooters prefer guns that are longer than the typical sporting guns. A longer gun will give a smoother swing for moving game and better stability for precision shooting. Our experience is that this silencer improves the shooting of most shooters. This is the silencer for those who want max suppression and shootability while giving up some of the handleability of a shorter gun. It’s ideal for nightime shooting where the minimal muzzle flash and muzzle climb aids in preserving night vision and staying on target. Also well suited for long range shooting, shooting through vegetation cover. Freehand shooting and shooting moving targets.

Ultimate silence 3D - 300 FM

The 300 FM is comparable to the UTS 250 FM but with even better suppression. It does though have larger diameter and weighs more. A silencer for those who use large calibres or want max suppression, suitable for standard and magnum calibers up to 338 Lapua Magnum. Weighing 300 grams and extending 200 mm in front of the muzzle it is a lightweight silencer with a top-notch suppression level. This silencer is comparable to the 250 but has even more suppression and recoil reduction.

DESIGN MEETS TECHNOLOGY

We specialize in the design of user friendly and lightweight suppressors with high suppression rate that retain the balance of the hunting rifle.

The distinct Freyr & Devik design has been awarded with the esteemed Red Dot award. In addition to the aesthetic and user friendly qualities the design is highly effective when it comes to weight and robustness.

The silencers rear section is designed for maximum strength while the front part is designed for minimum weight. An example hereof is the encapsulation, which increases and decreases in both wall thickness and diameter according to pressure and heat load. This is also reflected in the internal structure and choice of materials for the various parts. This design is also essential to place the center of gravity behind the muzzle, which increases the handleability and reduces the experienced weight.

To achieve this we optimized the material distribution using of advanced CAD tools. Material selection is also of vital importance. We therefore use high-strength aerospace aluminum with 35 μm hard anodizing for the housing, baffle stack and baffle stack tube, and Grade 5 titanium in the more critical parts as the core and thread. The result is a construction that is both light, strong and heat tolerant.

Yet an another unique design feature is the parabolic structure at the front. Here we have raised the exit hole 3 mm towards the focus point of the parabola so that it reflects forward sound waves that otherwise would hit the shooter. The raised exit hole also reduces water entry when hunting in rain. Water entering a fouled suppressor may lead to crystal formation.

USER FRIENDLy

Another user benefit is the two-part encapsulation that allows the silencer, if used properly, to be opened easily without tools. Not only does this make them easy to maintain and clean, but also allows for other unique benefits like fast cooldown between series at the shooting range and fast drying time after shooting or after hunting in rainy weather. This way you can store the suppressor on the rifle and still avoid corrosion.

MATERIALS

Our silencers utilize Grade 5 Titanium on the thread and the core of the high-pressure chamber. Here, the temperature can exceed the melting point of aluminum. The superior characteristics of Titanium in terms of weight, strength and temperature resistance is therefore essential to create a light, robust and long lasting silencer. We use high-strength aerospace aluminum with 35 μm hard anodizing on the parts that are less exposed to heat, such as the encapsulation, baffle stack, and baffle stack tube. This is a material with a superior relation between strength and weight, which enables a very light but strong construction.
