The complete Cometa 200404 rear-sight assembly used on the 220, 300 and 400 models is supplied with two fixing screws, confirming that these screws secure the sight assembly to the rifle. Cometa rear-sight information

Installation

Make sure the air rifle is unloaded and uncocked before installation. Start the screw by hand to avoid cross-threading. Tighten it only enough to secure the sight.

Do not overtighten the screw, as this may damage the sight base or the threaded mounting hole. Confirm that the rear sight is secure and sight-in the rifle again after installation.

The hammered process guarantees a finished mirror inside the guns and contributes hardness to the material. Finally, all the guns are meticulously straightened using precision tools.
