AIMSPORT TRITON NO 5I 7.7MM 5/8X24 UNEF

The AimSport Triton No. 5i is a high-performance, all-round hunting silencer developed for shooters who prioritise effective sound and recoil reduction.

This model features a 7.7 mm bore and a 5/8×24 UNEF direct thread. Its Varmint rear section is designed for heavier barrels measuring more than 19.5 mm and up to a maximum diameter of 23 mm in the required mounting area.

The Triton No. 5i is optimised for .308 Win and .30-06 Springfield. It is also listed for compatible .300 Win Mag rifles, subject to correct thread, barrel dimensions and manufacturer approval.

Its over-barrel design provides a total length of 240 mm while adding only 130 mm to the rifle. The larger 49 mm body provides increased internal volume and stronger sound reduction than the smaller Triton No. 4i.

A reversible black and camouflage neoprene hunting cover is included. It protects the silencer’s finish and helps reduce unwanted contact noise in the field.

Important compatibility notice:

A 7.7 mm bore does not automatically approve the silencer for every .30-calibre cartridge. Confirm the exact cartridge and pressure rating with AimSport or an authorised dealer before use.

The rifle must have a 5/8×24 UNEF muzzle thread and sufficient clearance behind the muzzle for the over-barrel section. The barrel must not exceed 23 mm in diameter in the required mounting area.

Check the calibre, thread alignment and muzzle shoulder before firing. After shooting, remove the silencer and allow it to dry and ventilate at room temperature. Keep all threads clean and lubricated with suitable metal-free thread paste. Do not use an ultrasonic cleaner.
