We strictly adhere to legal standards, ensuring that we do not sell any illegal imports or products. All necessary documentation for these products is in place, and our suppliers are fully compliant with the law. There’s no need to fear any danger regarding your purchases.

Regarding concerns about DCAC registration, please note that this applies only to certain products, which we do not sell. Therefore, we, along with other companies in South Africa, are exempt from this legislation.

360 Arms does not sell Milspec thermal electro-optical equipment.

• However, we want to inform you about the steps necessary for legally distributing ML Munitions items, such as thermal electro-optical equipment, within the Republic. The DCAC requires sufficient documentation and registration for this purpose. (NOTE)The Importers That import the regulated items are registered with the DCAC as a dealer of thermal electro-optical equipment. 

• Certain thermal electro-optical equipment falls under the Munitions List (ML1 / ML1d5), necessitating compliance with the National Conventional Arms Control Act 41 of 2002. These laws govern the dealing, brokering, marketing, and possession of controlled items. (NOTE) This product range is not available to the public nor distributors.

• Required certifications and permits include the DCAC Registration Certificate, Possession Permit, Domestic Transfer Authorization, and Destruction Authorization.
